The National Housing Center held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Xinsheng Haoshi Social Housing on the auspicious day of (114/05/13) The National Housing Center has successfully awarded the bid for the construction of the "Xinsheng Haoshi" social housing turnkey project in Qianjin District, Kaohsiung City. It is jointly built by the turnkey team of "Yaokuan Construction Co., Ltd., Chenguang Technology Co., Ltd., and Chen Shengzhong Architects Office". It is expected to be completed in 2018 and will provide another 196 social housing units for Kaohsiung.

The National Urban Housing Center is constructing the "Da Ping An Ju" social housing turnkey project in Yangmei District, Taoyuan City. It is expected to be completed in 2019 and will provide approximately 215 social housing units. The bidding was concluded on 14/03/2015, and the winning bidders were Yao Kuan Construction Co., Ltd. (representative bidder) and Central Point Architects (joint bidder), becoming the first-place winners. Awarded bid amount: NT$1.426 billion
