Qianjin District, Kaohsiung City, Social residence construction turnkey project
The National Residential Center in the Qianjin District of Kaohsiung City to build the "Xin Sheng Hao Shi" new social housing turnkey project today (2) successfully won the bid, which will be jointly built by the "Yaokuan Construction Co., Ltd., Chenwei Technology Co., Ltd., Chen Shengzhong Architects" turnkey team, is expected to be completed in 117 years, providing another 196 social housing units for Kaohsiung. As of today, the National Residential Center has accumulated a total of 50,657 completed and awarded bids for social housing in Taiwan.
Located in the neighborhood surrounded by Ruiyuan Road, Yucai Street and Lane 38 of Xinsheng 1st Street, the "Xin Sheng Hao Shi" is surrounded by Jianguo Primary School, Qianjin Elementary School, Qianjin National Middle School, Kaohsiung Senior High School, as well as the Emerging First Market, the Emerging Second Market and the Liuhe Sightseeing Night Market. It is about 600 meters away from Kaohsiung MRT Formosa Station (about 9 minutes walk) and about 2 kilometers away from Taiwan Railway Kaohsiung Station (about 7 minutes by car), with rich education, life and transportation functions, providing residents with a high-quality living environment.
The room types of this project are planned to be suites, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and barrier-free rooms, and a commercial space is set up on the first floor to serve the local people, and at the same time, through the retreat of sidewalks, outdoor open spaces and residential public spaces along the street, to activate the emotions and communication of the neighborhood.
