Miaoli added the national residential capital center Qixian Anju social housing turnkey project to win the bid.(2024/10/30)
The National Housing Center in Miaoli City, Miaoli County, the construction of the "Qixian Anju" social housing new turnkey project, today (30 October,2024) successfully won the bid, will be jointly built by the "Yaokuan Construction Co., Ltd., Central Architects" turnkey team, is expected to be completed in 118 years, providing another 259 social housing for Miaoli County. As of today, the National Residential Center has completed and awarded a total of 61,900 residential units nationwide.
The homestead of "Qixian Anju" Society is located in the surrounding street of Qixian Street and Fengnian Road, Lane 40, Miaoli City, Miaoli County, the base is close to Qiwen Primary School, Dalun Junior High School, Tsinghuali Community Activity Center and Beimiao Market, with complete living functions, and it can reach Taiwan Railway Miaoli Station in 4 minutes by car, and it is only about 8 minutes' drive from National Highway No. 1 Touwu Interchange.
The project will set aside green and open space along the street, continue the surrounding pedestrian system, and provide neighborhood social rest. The lower floors of the social housing are also planned to set up social welfare facilities such as sunshine and small workshops for the disabled, so as to create a friendly and livable home.
According to the National Housing Center, Qixian Anju is the second new social housing built by the central government in Miaoli County after the Ming Camel Good House. The construction of the 107-unit Ming Camel Good Room was started in 112 and is expected to be completed in 115. The two sites can provide a total of 366 social homes for Miaoli County, helping local small families and young returnees to start a family with peace of mind.
