Taoyuan City Yangmei District [Da Ping An Ju] Social Housing New Construction Turnkey Project Award (14/03/2025)

The National Urban Housing Center is constructing the "Da Ping An Ju" social housing turnkey project in Yangmei District, Taoyuan City. It is expected to be completed in 2019 and will provide approximately 215 social housing units.
The "Da Ping An Ju" social housing base is located at the street corner of Zhongshan South Road and Lane 300 of Zhongshan South Road in Dapingli, Yangmei District, Taoyuan City. It is close to the station front business district, Daxing Industrial Zone and Yanghu Road Section 1 Industrial Zone, and has sufficient living functions and employment opportunities. In terms of external transportation, the base is an 8-minute drive from Yangmei Railway Station and Passenger Station, and a 10-minute drive from the Xiaoqian Road Interchange of National Highway 1.

In addition to providing social housing, this project will also set up a childcare center and shop space to meet the shopping and social welfare service needs of social housing residents and surrounding neighbors.

The bidding was concluded on 14/03/2015, and the winning bidders were Yao Kuan Construction Co., Ltd. (representative bidder) and Central Point Architects (joint bidder), becoming the first-place winners. Awarded bid amount: NT$1.426 billion
