Ruixiang Anju Social Housing New Construction Turnkey Project
The National Housing and Urban Development Center successfully awarded the contract for the "Ruixiang Anju" social housing project in Bade District, Taoyuan City on December 24, 2024. The project will be jointly developed by the team from "Yaokuan Construction Co., Ltd." and is expected to be completed in 2029, providing Taoyuan City with 210 more social housing units. To date, the National Housing and Urban Development Center has accumulated a total of 69,885 completed and awarded social housing units nationwide, steadily expanding the achievements of the social housing policy.
"Ruixiang Anju" is located at Alley 48, Lane 1233, Section 2, Jieshou Road, Bade District, Taoyuan City, near the Ruixiang Civic Activity Center, National Defense University, and Ruifeng Elementary School. The surrounding area boasts recreational facilities for all ages, including Bade Arts and Culture Plaza, Ruifa Park, Fengshujiao Park, and Pitang Natural Ecological Park. It is also only a 5-minute drive from the Taoyuan City Inclusive Family Center and Xingfeng Family Center, making it very convenient and accessible for families with young children. The Gengliaojiao and Qiaoai commercial districts along Jieshou Road are well-established, providing convenient access to daily shopping needs. The site is a 10-minute drive from the National Highway 2 Daan Interchange, and multiple bus routes connect to the MRT Green Line, making commuting extremely convenient.
"Ruixiang Anju" is planned to include 210 residential units and will be integrated with the Taoyuan City Government to include a kindergarten, community housing services for people with disabilities, and a multi-functional service center from the Social Affairs Bureau, enhancing local social welfare services and meeting the diverse needs of different groups. The site features an open, green ground-floor design shared with neighbors, aiming to become a new local landmark and bring a new era of prosperity to the area.
