Awarded the contract for the turnkey construction project of the "Longci Haoshi" social housing project in the National Housing and Urban Development Center (August 3, 2026)
Taoyuan City's Zhongli District has added another social housing project. The National Housing and Urban Development Center (NHDC) announced on the 3rd that the "Longci Haoshi" social housing construction project in Zhongli District has been successfully won.
It will be jointly constructed by Yao Kuan Construction Co., Ltd. and the Chen Shengzhong Architectural Firm team, and is expected to be completed in 2030, providing 133 social housing units. To date, the NHDC has completed and won contracts for a total of 70,277 social housing units across Taiwan.
The NHDC stated that "Longci Haoshi" is the 21st social housing project won by the center in Taoyuan City, and the 6th social housing project in Zhongli District. The site is located in a neighborhood bounded by Longchuan Fifth Street, Longhe Third Street, and Lane 326 of Houliao First Road, near Longhe Park, Longgang Wanping Park, Nanya Institute of Technology, Longgang Library, and Longgang National Sports Center, offering convenient living amenities. In terms of transportation, the site is approximately a 5-minute drive from the planned G28 station of the Zhongli section of the MRT Green Line extension, and about 15 minutes from Provincial Highway 66, providing quick access to National Highways 1 and 3.
