The first social housing in Hsinchu County was successfully contracted! The National Residential Center spent 768.49 million yuan to build the "Xinhu Good Room" social housing new turnkey project in Hukou Township, Hsinchu County, after two rounds of bidding, and finally won the bid recently, which is jointly built by the turnkey team of "Yaokuan Construction Co., Ltd. and Chen Shengzhong Architects", which is expected to be completed in 2027 and will provide 130 social housing units in Hsinchu County.
Hsinchu County Mayor Yang Wenke said that he is very pleased that the first social housing contract has been successfully awarded, and the population of Hsinchu County continues to increase, and before the construction of social housing is completed, the county government will continue to implement housing justice, promote policies such as charter management and housing subsidies, provide housing subsidy resources for disadvantaged families, employment and school-going youth, and continue to cooperate with relevant central policies to protect the housing rights and interests of county residents.
