Zhudong Township, Hsinchu County, Social residence construction turnkey project
The new turnkey project of Donglin Haofang Social Residence in Zhudong Town, Hsinchu County, Hsinchu County, National Residential Capital Center was successfully awarded on the 31st (2023/10/31), and will be contracted by the turnkey team of Yaokuan Construction Co., Ltd., Chenwei Technology Co., Ltd., and Chen Shengzhong Architects, which is expected to be completed in 2027 and provide 90 social houses for Zhudong Town. As of today, a total of 46,420 households have completed and won bids for social housing promoted by the National Housing Center.
Hsinchu County Donglin Haofang Society homestead is located in the core area of Zhudong, with Donglin Road on the north side, Daming Road on the east side, Zhongzheng Road on the west side, and a 3-minute walk to Taiwan Railway Zhudong Railway Station, with convenient transportation. The base is close to Shuqilin Cultural Center, Zhongshan Elementary School, Zhudong Elementary School, Zhudong Junior High School, Zhudong High School, etc., with rich cultural and educational functions. In addition, it is within a 10-minute walk of administrative agencies such as the town office, land administration office, and health center, as well as daily service facilities such as the Zhudong Post Office and the Central Market.
In addition to providing comfortable and intelligent social housing, this project also plans an open space without walls to provide a comfortable resting environment for residents and local residents. In addition, it will set up space to protect homes and shops, improve local service functions, and hope to meet the housing needs of commuters and workers, and also provide more housing options for local people.
