Pingzhen Dist., Taoyuan City, Social residence construction turnkey project
The National Residential Center in Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City, the "Yongguang Anju" social housing new turnkey project was successfully awarded today (2023/7/18), which will be jointly built by the turnkey team of "Yaokuan Construction Co., Ltd. and Yangdian Architects", which is expected to be completed in 2028 and provide another 239 social housing units for Taoyuan City. As of today, the National Residential Center has won bids for 3,044 social homes in Taoyuan City, and a total of 38,709 social homes have been completed and won bids in Taiwan.
Located at the intersection of Yongguang Road and Yongxing Road in Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City, the "Yongguang Anju" base is adjacent to Pingzhen Kindergarten, Shanfeng Primary School and Xiang'an Primary School, as well as a market and Shanziding Park. The project will also plan spaces such as childcare centres and shops to provide strong backing for young people to start a family, and also serve local residents in the neighborhood to provide a high-quality living environment and care support.
